LBC Picnic

Sunday, July 24, started out just as all the other days the previous week: hot & muggy. But at the end of the ride, there were mountains of food to devour. Thanks to Joe Ward, our VP of communications, we had another great club picnic. This year, as well as last year, the picnic was held at Hays Kennedy Park off Upper River Road. It was well attended and the highlight of the day was the announcements of the winners for our first annual “Best Dish of the Day” award. The winners each received an LBC fanny pack. Best Dessert Award:

Dick Rauh – Pretzel Salad
Norm Minnick – Peanut Butter Brownies
Larry Preble – Blackberry Cobbler
