Trainer Tours

During the winter months, many bike riders become couch potatoes. Then when warm weather arrives, they waste a month returning to summer fitness. They suffer from T.B. (tender buns or tired bodies).

Why wait until spring to enjoy riding pain free? For the last five years, the LBC has sponsored Trainer Tours at Broadway Baptist Church, 4000 Brownsboro Road from 7:00 to 8:30 pm Thursdays in December and every Tuesday and Thursday during January and February. We even continue into March if the weather is too bad.

The fee is $1 per session or $10 for the entire season (fee includes spouse or children). You ride your own bike on your trainer or rollers, watch a 45-minute to 90-minute video and enjoy free refreshments.

This year, we will use a projector and an 8x16-foot screen on the stage in the auditorium.

If you come to spinning classes, the winter will pass faster and you will ride in the spring as well as you did at the end of summer.
