Bistro 535 to Provide Pasta Dinner

Your hard-working OKHT Planning Committee is pleased to announce a major improvement to the 2004 food lineup. This year, the Saturday Night Pasta Dinner in Bardstown will be provided by Bistro 535, the Shelbyville, Ky., restaurant and catering business of Bill Hisle.

Bill brought many years of Louisville-area, high-quality restaurant experience (does the name Grisanti ring any bells?) to the Shelbyville establishment he opened a dozen years ago on Main Street. Within a year or two, he added the catering component, and has successfully — and tastefully — provided first-rate dining for some of the largest and most demanding events in the area, including the four-day Shelby County Horse Show.
